We currently ship within the United States only. More regions coming.
Cost
Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Delays
Occasionally shipping takes longer than expected due to customs or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, email us at hello@yamigyaru.com and we'll sort it out — replacement or full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
